The thread-back sits flush enough that I forget it's there, and the pave stones sparkle subtly even in dim light. I've worn it through sleep and showers for two weeks now, and it hasn't budged or irritated my conch at all.
The crescent shape catches the light beautifully—way more sparkle than I expected from the photos. Threading it into my conch piercing was easy and it sits flat enough that my hair doesn't snag on it. Already ordered a second one for the other ear.
I like the crescent shape and the idea of it as a symbol, but the single-earring setup felt a bit odd for the price. The threading is smooth, though I wish it came with a clearer sizing guide.
