The flat 5mm top is small enough that I forget they're in, even when I roll onto my side. They've become my go-to for a quick midday nap without bothering my ears.
I've been wearing these for naps and overnight, and the 6mm post sits so flush against my lobe that I forget they're even there. The 5mm top is the perfect subtle glint for a second piercing.
The 5mm top is tiny enough that it doesn't snag on my hair or headphones, which is exactly what I wanted for daily wear. The 20g post slides in smoothly and these feel super secure in my first lobe.
