Lily N. ★★★★★

The 3mm sphere is the perfect size—small enough to look delicate but still visible as a subtle statement against my helix. The 6mm post sits flush without poking or pinching, and the flat back makes sleeping on that side totally painless. I've already picked out the next spot to add another one.

Finally upgraded my cartilage piercing to this 3mm threadless flat back and it’s so much more comfortable for sleeping than the long starter barbell. The 8mm post was just right for my ear.

Grace W. ★★★★★

I’ve been wearing this 3mm sphere in my helix for a week now and it’s stayed put through sleeping and showers—the 6mm post length is perfect for my ear.
