These little stars are the perfect size for a conch piercing — the 3.5mm top sits flush and doesn't catch on my hair at all. I got the 18g post and it slid right into my healed piercing without any trouble. So glad I finally found flat backs that are actually comfortable to sleep in.

I was a little worried the 3.5mm star would be too small for my conch, but it's actually the perfect subtle size. The 18g post slides in easily and stays put without being too tight.

The post is 16g so it fits snugly in my conch without wobbling, and the 3.5mm star top is subtle enough for daily wear. Took a few tries to screw the back on tight, but once it's set it stays put all day.
